Patty, the owner is amazing! She has helped me with wedding guest gifts for my and my daughter's weddings ! She recommended gifts that were spot on for the wedding themes and nudged us to change color schemes if we were a little off! Her personal attention to detail really put my mind at ease so I could focus on other areas!!! She was a very calming voice in the midst of ALL the wedding chaos!!! Also, The product quality was fantastic!!!!

I order all my promo items from Red Rhino! Not only are their products top quality, the prices are reasonable but it's the customer support you receive from Patty that makes this company fantastic! Several times the product I needed within a certain timeframe, wasn't going to work. Patty made some calls, worked with some of her preferred vendors to find a comparable item, and got my order to me by the deadline. You don't find many companies that go above and beyond any more!

We have been working with Red Rhino Promotions for more than 10 years, and they are EXCELLENT. Back when we couldn't find our school color for promotional items, Red Rhino found them. When we wanted to develop a binder and notebook system that didn't exist, Red Rhino had them created, and it was still affordable! The PE Uniforms and school jacket that had to be 'just so' were coordinated through multiple venders by Red Rhino and delivered in time and perfectly done. Oh, and need samples to preview? They will do that too. I have never worked with a company so willing to go above and beyond to help us find what we want at a price we can afford. Thank you Red Rhino!

I was going to a trade show and forgot to order the give-away pens. Called Patty @ Red Rhino and she was quick to find a suitable pen, got our logo on it and they arrived at my hotel in time for the show. Now that's service!
